Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using this website, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any changes.
Lessons and Bookings
Lesson prices are subject to change, and any change will be communicated before your next booking. Lessons are arranged by agreement between you and your instructor. We ask that you provide reasonable notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a lesson. We reserve the right to decline or end tuition where it is unsafe to continue or where these terms are not respected.
Conduct During Lessons
You must hold a valid provisional (or full) UK driving licence and meet the legal eyesight requirement to take a driving lesson. You must follow your instructor's guidance at all times and must not drive under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Tuition is provided in a dual-controlled vehicle by a DVSA-registered instructor; you remain responsible for complying with road traffic law during your lesson.

Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
